Think about what lives in a rainforest, threats to a rainforest and why we need to protect a rainforest.

READING EGGS

Room One has had the opportunity to a free trial on this fantastic website. Take some time to log on and complete the placement test. Once you have done this you may enter the library and start reading and earning points! At the moment the games have been locked out and will be accessible after the first week during the trial.
This reading can be part of your daily reading log or extra on top.

WELCOME TO 2012

The year has started at a fast pace with swimming sports and camp fast approaching.
Please check the reminders below to keep up to date.


-Swimming times are; Monday 9am, Tuesday 2.25pm and Wednesday 10.45am- bring a note if unwell or hurt
-Sports every Friday with PE gear
-Weekly spelling list are 12 words every week. These are from a pretest every Monday and may include some writing errors and extension words if needed. Have someone test you each day and either tick or dot each word in your diary.
-Reading is 20 minutes each day and complete reading log in diary.
